Visitor questions

Do I need to book ahead?

Yes. All visitors must reserve in advance — we do not accept walk-ins. Reserving lets us plan mat space and have your locker and (if needed) gi ready before you arrive.

I'm a blue belt visiting from out of town. Can I train with the advanced class?

Yes. Bring your belt. Our advanced classes are open to blue and above from any lineage — we'll confirm your level on arrival and point you to the right mat.

Can I extend my pass while I'm in town?

Yes. Purchase another pass before the first one expires. Front desk can help if you're already on the mat.

Do you offer affiliate discounts?

Renzo Gracie lineage black belts and their students should ask at the front desk. We honor our community.

Are passes refundable?

Passes are non-refundable once purchased. The pass gives you access during the window — train every day or once, your call.

Can I try jiu-jitsu for the first time with a visitor pass?

Visitor passes are intended for practitioners with training experience. If you live in NYC and have never trained before, book a free trial class instead.
